adidas - Portland, Oregon Lead a matrixed organization accountable for the retail experience across both owned-retail and wholesale stores with a focus on visual merchandising, retail environment concepts, in-store digital experiences, marketing campaign creation, photography, and in-store storytelling.   

Xbox One Gaming Interactives

Microsoft - Seattle, Washington

Beginning in a global leadership position, I guided the Retail Design and Visual Merchandising organization for Xbox world-wide. Working with global marketing to translate brand guidance and category objectives into market specific retail experience solutions, directives, and performance targets across in-store and online. Accountability included branded environments, visual merchandising directives, product campaigns, digital interactive experiences, landing pages, brand site architecture, email and social.

Microsoft Windows 10 Pop-up Experience

Microsoft - Seattle, Washington

Then moving into a US market role leading Retail Experience across all wholesale partners and categories including Windows, Office, Surface, Xbox, and Accessories. My accountability included tailoring and augmenting global branded environments, visual directives, in-store digital experiences, online brand pages, PDPs, email and social solutions. Role included designing, managing and evolving our 25,000 sq. ft. global Retail Experience Center focused educating and guiding partners with retail innovation, effective story-telling, and connecting the end-to-end shopper journey.

Store of the Future Concept - Grapevine Tx

GameStop & EB Games - Dallas, Tx

Led the store planning and design organization for 5000+ locations within the US. My scope included store design, space planning, product presentation, new store opening & relocation operations, and in-store visual compliance. 


Interactive Pop-up Experience - Ft Worth Tx

RadioShack Inc - Ft Worth, Tx

Led the visual merchandising and design organization for 4500+ corporate and 1800+ franchise locations within the US. My scope included space planning, visual merchandising, visual training, fixture & display design and production. 

Flagship Games Concept - Frisco Tx

Blockbuster Inc - Dallas, Tx

Started my retail career in-stores working as a sales associate not realizing the journey that I was beginning. Over the next few years I grew into a store manager and then a district manager position leading an organization of 150+. Eventually recruited into the corporate office to lead visual merchandising, space planning, and marketing communications for 5000+ locations.
